Foreign Policy (English)

The Secretary of State carries out the President's foreign policies through the State Department, which includes the foreign service, civil service, and the U.S. Agency for International Development. The items in this collection reflect foreign policy since World War II, books by and about the Secretaries, and the U.S. diplomatic service. This collection helps visitors understand the purpose of the State Department, and the United States' relationship with their host country.
